Shapers project

Commissioned by Shell, this interim report seeks to shine a light on “policy shapers” – those pioneering policymakers and their influencers who are leading the response to the growing challenge of resource scarcity. It examines their policies and analyses the basis for their success, including the processes behind good policy formation and implementation. The report is the product of more than 40 interviews with policy shapers, conducted over a period of three months in Australia, Europe, India, Singapore and the US.
